This project consisted of a total external refubishment of 16 low-rise blocks within a conservation area.
The works included:
- Surface preparation (coated & un-coated concrete)
- Full Diagnostic Survey
- Concrete repair
- Movement joint renewal
- Application of Margel™ (Migratory corrosion inhibitor)
- New build brickwork
- Remedial works to existing brickwork
